New property management contracts

In addition, we added two buildings to our ever-expanding portfolio – something that we are incredibly excited about.

The first one is a commercial/industrial complex at 3400 Pharmacy Avenue in North Toronto.  The second one is a low-rise office complex at 20 Valleywood Drive in Markham, just around the corner from our own Renfrew locations. The addition of this office space increases the total space under our management to almost 1,000,000 sq feet and we are very excited to have been entrusted with this incredible building.

As we do with all the properties we manage, our philosophy is to “Manage your property and grow your investment”. We are committed to ensuring that every building under our control continues to grow in value.
